Jeremy Josef Stranc, 38, of Virginia Beach passed away on May 8, 2019 after battling cancer. Our hearts are forever broken.
Beloved son of the late Kenneth J. Stranc and Susan Jaworski Stranc of Newburyport, MA.
Loving father to Tyler Stranc, Rowley, MA and Elias and Natalya Stranc of Missouri.
Cherished brother of Penelope A. Roberts and her husband, Joshua Roberts of Beverly, MA and uncle to their two children, Ethan and Madeleine.
Jeremy entered the United States Navy in 2001 was an AE specialist, entered the Officer Training Program, studied at ODU and was honorably discharged in 2010. In 2013 he graduated from The Art Institute of Virginia Beach and was awarded a Bachelor’s with Honors. At the time of his illness he was happily employed by Capps Boatworks of Virginia Beach as a boat builder and electronics specialist.

A Celebration Service for Jeremy will take place Sunday, May 19th from 3-4P at Capps Boatworks, 2102 West Great Neck Road, Virginia Beach. After the waterside service, friends and colleagues are invited to attend a 4-6P reception at Pleasure House Brewery, 3025 Shore Drive, Virginia Beach.
Services will be held in Massachusetts June 7th at 2:00 p.m.
